Three of my favourite dressings permeating with the freshness of lemon juice.Tahini Dressing 3 dessertspoons tahini Juice from half lemon 1 dessertspoons brown rice vinegar 3 dessertspoons water 1 dessertspoon tamari Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth. Oil Free Lemon Vinaigrette 2 tblspn Lemon juice ½ tsp Wholegrain mustard 2 tsp rice syrup Water Splash Shoyu Combine the ingredients in a jar and shake! Adjust flavours to taste. Sweet White Miso Dressing 2 tblsp sweet white miso 2 tsp lemon juice or rice vinegar ½ tsp mustard Pinch salt Combine the ingredients and adjust flavours to taste. Enjoy!
